Within a Contingency Recruitment assignment we invest time and resources to search, identify and qualify a short-list of talent from our extensive candidate database. All candidates are fully screened, assessed, and briefed against the agreed vacancy profile, with only the best talent forwarded as consideration for the specific role. We manage the interview coordination, gain and give feedback, and help facilitate the offer stage through to acceptance. A fee only becomes applicable once the candidate has started employment.
We utilise state of the art database technology and invest heavily within an extensive network of advertising media including specialist job boards, eMarketing, national, local, lifestyle and trade press, ensuring we have access to the latest and most relevant talent within our core specialist sectors.
